We are collecting school supplies to donate to a class in need. A $10 donation of supplies will equal $20 off a new patient exam. For our current patients, the same donation will equal $20 credit to your account to be used towards co-payments, cash visits or products. In addition, any patient who refers a new patient to the office during this promotion will also receive a $20 credit to their account.
